I charge a 10% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We all have personal lives so if anything does happen feel free to let me know before the 24 hours. If running late you have a 10 minute grace period. After the 10 minutes it will lead into a reschedule or a cancellation. If we have to reschedule you will be required to book with a new deposit. For fills you must have 50% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill. Please make sure to come with clean and uncurled lashes. If not we will have to reschedule.
